I use outlook for android on my phone and I have 3 email accounts. I want to be able to see all emails together in the app and be able to tell at a glance which account the email is in. Is there a way to colour code each account so its easy to know which account it is in?

Hi Fiiiiiiii! This is Raech, and I'm an Independent Advisor.

At the moment, there is no option in the Outlook app that would enable you to see 'at a glance' which account a particular email is in. However, the app does give you an option to view all emails from different accounts in one view. Each account that you add, however, are color coded and you can see this by tapping on your menu icon.

If you have any suggestions or recommendations about this, you can do so by navigating to Settings ⚙️ > Help & Feedback > Suggest a Feature. This way the developers know what users are interested in.

Thank you for your time and patience.
