How to import MSG file from File system to Any Outlook Folder

Hi All,

Is there any EWS API/Managed API to import MSG file from file system to any outlook folder.
There seems to be a way importing in EML format, but I have not came across about importing MSG File to Outlook folder.
We want to write a independent app to import bulk MSG Files to Outlook folder.

I came across a VBA script which imports MSG file from file system to Outlook folder which has to be ran in Outlook. But i am wondering if we can have an independent VBA app to import MSG Files to Outlook Folder.
