Hello,

When we try to download the exported PST file from outlook.live.com, the download stops with an error "Network error" at any percentage of download progression. We tried from different devices/ browsers and re-exported the file a second time without any success.

We are looking forward for your help

Regards,

I tried another attempt and it successfully worked this time without any change. To sum up I tried more than 10 attempts in 3 weeks in a row and it finally worked without error this time.

Thank you again for your very responsive support,

    Hi MAURICE,

With two different Internet connections still giving you the same issue. There are two options you can try at this point.

The first one is to the export again using our Export mailbox and delete search history in Outlook.com guide and then download the PST file and see if the same issue occurs.

The second option will be to contact our Outlook.com in-app support team for additional help on this issue. For contacting our Outlook.com support team, please follow these instructions:

    1. Select the Help Menu button [?] at the top of Outlook.com page and on the search box type: feedback

    1. At the bottom of the results click on "Yes" button.

    Hi MAURICE,

Greetings from the Microsoft Community Forum! Please accept our warmest regards and sincerest hope that all is well.

From the description you provided you seem to be unable download an exported PST file from your Outlook.com account.

So let us work together as a team to get to the bottom of this issue of yours and to start things off I need to ask:

    1. Did you export from Outlook using our Export mailbox and delete search history in Outlook.com guide?
    2. You've used "different devices/ browsers" but have you used a totally different network connection?
    3. What results are you getting in your current network when you do a Speedtest?

At any rate, please post on the same thread if you need further help.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Respectfully,

    Glenn Rue
