Hello,

I am wondering as i can't seem to any issues about this.

When access Microsoft outlook on desktop and using shared calendars it shows a loading circle.
This issue is isolated to the computer, as it does not do it on other computers for the same user.
The user in question has permission to view the calendar and is no using the preview version of the calendars.

The client computer is updated to the latest Windows Version, office 365 is updated to the latest's version

Hi Benjamin Perry,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft community.

Based on my research, it might be due to you have many shared folders or mailboxes open in Outlook. In the case with a shared calendar, modifications or additions cannot be made until the program is finished syncing updates. The number of shared folders and mailboxes that you can have open without issues depends on several factors, including hardware, mailbox size, size of the shared folders or mailboxes, number of folders in a shared mailbox, item count in folders, and network speed.

To fix this issue, please refer to Resolution

Hope it helps! If any update, welcome to share with us.

Thanks & Stay safe,

Qian

    Hi,

Just a follow up, I personally tried to open a shared calendar on my account that i knew didn't have anything in it, and yet the issue still persists. It seems that when i uninstall and then reinstall office 365 enterprise it fixes the issue temporally.

Not too sure why this is happening, the computer in question is more then capable of running outlook and the internet connection is also more then capable to run it.

    Cheers,
    Benjamin
