Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Duplicate signature using quick step
I have created a quick step to send an email in Outlook 365 using the desktop app. When I use this I get the new message box with my default signature showing in the message. For this quick step, I want to use my alternate signature so I click the signature box and change the signature. However, rather than replace the default signature it places the second signature above.
Can I make it so the signature is replaced rather than added to? As I send a few emails this way it's quite annoying having to delete the signature each time. Thank you
