remove "internal" tag

how to remove this tag?

I didn't change anything on my outlook, but this tag shown.

    thank you for reply.

    i found the sensitivity things in my outlook.

    how to change this setting? because the default setting is internal.

    every time I want to compose an email I have to uncheck the "internal" button.
