Outlook error code 0x90704005

I have been using Outlook (bundled with Office 365) as my main email and calendar client for a while, and ever since I added a couple subscribed calendars, one .ics file, one iCloud subscription, one google calendar .ics subscription, and one internet .ics subscription, I have been getting an error saying:

Task 'Internet Calendar Subscriptions' reported error (0x90704005): 'Cannot verify or add the calendar to Outlook. Make sure the following link is a valid calendar link:

But then does not show the calendar link. I have tried turning on and off calendars to determine which one is causing this error, but they still seem to try and sync even if they are not visible. I tried finding this error code, but no one has seemingly posted about it. I don't really mind the error message, I just want to know which of my calendars is not updating and if there is a way to fix it.

I am not sure if this is the correct forum, as the category is for outlook.com, not the application, so please let me know if I should post this elsewhere.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi,

I'm Rodell, Independent Advisor and a Microsoft User like you. Let me help you out with your concern.

    1. Removing the Calendars (From Outlook Settings; Internet Calendar tab)
    2. Close outlook and reopen.
    3. Re-add the Calendars (using the URL listed under the "Secret address in iCal format")
    4. Close outlook, reopen then do a Send / Receive.

However, if the above resolution does not fix your issue we also recommend that you check your Google calendar and delete all your old appointments.

    I hope this information helps.

    Regards,

    Rodell
