AutodiscoverURL function failure.

Question

I was writing a powershell script to get EWS URL for my mailbox. For that i called AutodiscoverUrl method and it returned error. So i did a connectivity test and it showed a problem. Given below the problem.

Testing the MAPI Address Book endpoint on the Exchange server.

An error occurred while testing the address book endpoint.

Additional Details

Elapsed Time: 759 ms.

Test Steps

Testing the address book "Check Name" operation for user *** against server outlook.office365.com.

An error occurred while attempting to resolve the name.

Tell me more about this issue and how to resolve it

The name could not be matched to a name in the address list.
