- You will see suggested solutions for the issue. Please scroll down and click the Yes button below "Still Need Help?"
- Kindly confirm the email address which you would like to receive response from Outlook.com team (the email address that can receive emails)
- Click Send button and just wait for the email from Outlook.com specialist.
They will get your request and reply to you within 24 hours as it takes time to check your account and help you with this.
