Ms teams video call quality key metrics threshold

Hi Team,

Could you please help me to have the list of impacts for Teams video call degradation based on the key metrics such as jitters, packet loss and latency.

Example. when packet is less then 0.5 % loss will be blurry video, 1% loss will be choppy video..
I am looking for a similar kind of matrix for jitters, packet loss and latency.

Hi @MS

The official document is not provide such detailed data to to list impacts for video call degradation. It just lists a standard value that satisfies normal audio communication. Streams in CQD are classified as Good, Poor, or Unclassified based on the values of the available key quality metrics. The metrics and conditions used to classify stream are shown in the following article:
