Error code 19738

Using Outlook for Mac 16.54 - I have multiple accounts. One account is getting error 19738 when syncing. When force send and receive this error comes up. Saying email exceeds file size etc. I have deleted all emails in drafts / outbox. Restarted numerous times and can not still find what is causing error. Went on line and deleted anything that looked large. Can't find what is causing the issue.

    Please to isolate the problem, answer me:

    1. Is this account a personal account or corporative account?
    2. What happen if you open the webmail?
    3. Did you any setting change recently?
    4. If you are using Exchange server account, you should see this
