Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
Welcome Vipingupta0403,
I'm an independent advisor and I'm here to help you. If you receive the message that the account does not exist, there are two possibilities:
- it's an account you haven't accessed for a long time: https://support.microsoft.com/help/13811
- you removed the alias. Microsoft doesn't recycle aliases once they are deleted. This means it won't be available again as an alias or new account to you or anyone else at a later time. See this article (section "I want to move or transfer my alias to another account to merge or consolidate accounts"): https://support.microsoft.com/help/12407
In both cases, you cannot regain access to your account, nor can you create a new account with the same name. I'm sorry.
Regards.
