Microsoft To-do Issue

When I log in to my To-do account via the website, all of my lists and folders are available, but none of my tasks are there.

They are visible on my mobile app, though. Help Please!

it seems it's failing to sync with server due to which you cannot see your tasks ,can you give it a try using different browser or on different computer with different network

if possible try using incognito mode ,to do so press cltr+shift+n on your browser ,and do clear your browser cookies and cache as this can also cause the error

    no it won't happen ,this will attempt an sync with server

    I just tried a couple times, but the sync failed.

    can you try syncing your to-do and see if it helps, to do so please follow

    click on question mark icon at top right corner->and select sync (if it fails try selecting it multiple times )

    With this, do I run the risk of syncing the mobile app with Desktop and losing data in both? 

    That option has me hesitant to Sync.
