Microsoft Support Request Ignored

I created a support case using secure online form, Contact Support link below.

Get account help by email

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12401/microsoft-account-get-help-by-email

And selected this option "My problem isn't listed here"

Support Request Form

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequestform/d75c9d92-a918-3a46-52bd-565a528f1b64

I never received an email from Microsoft Support < ******@mail.support.microsoft.com > acknowledging that my question was successfully submitted to Microsoft Support. I believe Microsoft Support ignored my support request because it does not have a standard auto-generated response that applies to my question. My question is has anyone else had that happen to them?

Thank you for the information. The Outlook in-app support is the avenue for you to have your concern addressed because they are the only department that can access your account and have the issue fixed. I would suggest to reach them out.

    Regards,

    Bob

Thank you for your response. In the past I have received an auto-generated email from email address "Microsoft Support < ******@mail.support.microsoft.com >", subject line: "Case 0123456789 Your question was successfully submitted to Microsoft Support", after submitting a support request. Hi,

A possible reason why you haven’t received a reply email is because the contact support team might have had their hands full at the moment. Please give them sometime to respond to your query. If in any case, you won’t receive any email at all, you can reach the Outlook.com in-app supportfor an extensive troubleshooting on your account. To contact them you can follow the instructions below:

    1.       Sign in to Outlook.com.

    2.       Click on the (?) question mark icon.

    3.       Type in you concern.

    4.       Click Get help.

You can use the screenshot below as your reference.

If you have other concerns, let us know.

    Bob
