Office 365 away function on

in office 365 outlook via web,  How can i remove or make the available function on all the time. currently it is switching to appear away even when i click on available it goes straight back to appear away.

    didnt fix was green tick then changed back to yellow away

    Hi Mark,

    Can you try selecting from the drop down "Sign out of IM" and then select Available?
