Good afternoon,

Wondering if with Office 365 vs 16 if the ability to sync the settings within Outlook between devices in regards to the quick steps has been addressed yet?

Thanks - Kim

    Which account type are you using? As mentioned before, it will only sync for Microsoft Exchange account types.

    To check your account type use;

    File-> Account Settings-> Account Settings...-> tab: Email

    Check it for both computers.

    Note that Quick Steps are only available in Outlook Desktop. The feature is not available in the Windows 10 Mail app, nor in Outlook on the Web (OWA).

    Thank you - I got it to work on my computer / Surface Pro.  Now to get it working on his.

    What issues are you facing?

    Quick Steps are being stored within the user's mailbox so they already sync between devices since Outlook 2010 when you are using an Exchange mailbox.

    So I have a desktop at work and surface pro for home/work.  Email, folders, calendar are syncing but I can't figure out how to sync the "quick steps".
