@mention function is not working on outlook

How do I activate my @mention function in outlook ?

I just want to make sure. Are you using any of the following:

1. Outlook for Microsoft 365
2. Outlook for Microsoft 365 for Mac
3. Outlook 2019
4. Outlook 2016
5. Outlook 2016 for Mac
6. Outlook on the web
7. Outlook.com
8. Outlook 2019 for Mac
9. Outlook on the web for Exchange Server 2016

The Mentioned mail feature and the @ (at symbol) indicator is only available if you are uisng the Outlook versions above:

I have tried adding the @ in outlook, nothing appears after that.

The Mentioned mail feature and the @ (at symbol) indicator do not need to be enabled, however they are only available in Exchange Server 2016, Exchange Server 2019, Exchange Online, or Outlook.com.
