Got Bot error

I tried scheduling Microsoft exam through PearsonVue about 5 times and examregisgration.microsoft.com site suspected me as bot. I did complete captcha but the site was not proceeding. Then I retried but then received error 50056 and asked me to contact customer support team. Please help.
