I have switched companies due to a merger - sort of. This has allowed me to keep my laptop, and reimage it with my new companies setup. However, when I use Outlook I get a prompt to enter my email address and password from my old company in order to access my O365 account. How do I get rid of the pop-up?

Hi JMckinney03,
Greetings. About your problem, if you need to continue to use your old company account, you can try to clear the password caches for this account by following steps: exit all Office products, choose Start > Control Panel > View by Large Icons > User Accounts > Manage your credentials and the select all credentials for Microsoft, Outlook and choose Remove from Vault > Exit and restart your computer.
However, if you do not need to use the old company's account anymore, we recommend you can backupthe data of your old company account firstly, then you can simply remove this old account from Outlook client.
In the meantime, please also go to Windows > Settings > Account > double check if the old company account was added in Access work/school account, if so, please remove it and then re-start your computer and check the result.
Best regards,
Jennifer
