Hi

both my wife and i use outlook.com to send emails. When i send her a message with encryption, she can see it. But when she sends me one, I get the following...

and then when I click on the 'Read the Message' button I get this...

She needs to be able to securly send emails to an education authority, so I'm desperate to get this working for her?

Regards

Dennis Miller

Hello Dennis Miller,

May I double confirm with you whether you and your wife both are using Outlook.com (rather than Microsoft 365 Business online account) . For in the second screen you shared, the URL shows “https://outlook.office365.com” which should be only accessible with Business online account rather than Outlook.com this kind of Microsoft personal account.  Generally, Business online account uses “ https://outlook.office.com ” while personal account use “https://outlook.live.com”. And in screenshot it seems to be related with Office 365 OME (included in one Business subscription).

I recommend you totally close all tabs and browser, use inPrivate mode to test this issue again. If convenient, kindly let your wife send another one to a different account to see if it can be reproduced

Best Regards,

Anna
