Focused/Other function Missing in Outlook app

Outlook for iOS has a focused inbox but I can't find how to turn it on the Mac version.

    What is your version/build # ?

    If you have an Outlook.com account set up using autoaccount setup (which adds it as an Exchange account) you should have focused option.

    Hi Diane,

    I found something here that might be the reason, scroll down to see the Mac instructions, this is disappointing because the focused inbox is a great thing and It is available to me in the iOS app and the Outlook web portal. I prefer the Mac app to the Web portal.

    I don't have a business account but I pay a yearly subscription none the less. I hope I can install the button.

    It's on the Organize tab.

    What type of email account do you use on the mac? You need to use Outlook.com or Exchange. to have focused/other on the desktop computers.

    I have an outlook email account, it is strange that my menu looks the same as yours except that the Focused Inbox is missing. It does show up on the iOS outlook app though.
