In previous version, there was an indication that "You replied to this email..." and, I think,  a date and time was given. Having the date and time is great, but mostly I just want an indication I've already addressed the email.

I am a nursing instructor at LSU Eunice, (LSUE). campus email:  ******@lsue.edu

We go back and forth between two campuses, different cities

At the main campus, "You replied to this message on mm/dd/yyyy TIME" appears automatically on my "Reply" messages.

At our campus in Lafayette, that notification does not appear and I was unable to find that feature in Options, Tools, etc.

we are using Email Web Access,-Microsoft's Web App.

    "housed" on the LSUE homepage.

The app we are using seems to be very basic, limited options

    Hello bdidier26,

I appreciate you posting your concern in the Community. I know how important for us to track messages that we have received and replied. For us to get a better understanding of your concern, I'd like to know the following information:

    • Please confirm if the feature "You replied to this message on m/dd/yyyy TIME" does not exist on your email app.
    • What is the exact email app that you are having? Is it the Outlook desktop app or Outlook.com?

I tried to check this feature and it is still present on the Outlook desktop app available on my device and Outlook.com on the web if you have set Show email as individual messages. If you are using this version of the email app, I suggest that you launch it in safe mode t see if you get the same issue. Is so, you can try to run an Office quick repair as this will help us diagnose and resolve the possible issue on the Outlook desktop app.

You may try to check if the same issue occur using different web browsers if you are trying to access your email through Outlook.com on the web.

Please respond to this thread to let me know how the issue progresses. Similarly, if you have more questions, please inform me by replying to this post.
