I am trying to synchronize my outlook for my phone , tablet and also my computer . I have it to where i can see my appointments for the month but not the appointments for the day on a daily basis and also my tasks but I am not sure if it is that the phone app is much more limited as to what it can do.

Do you have issues to see the appointment just from your mobiles? If you use Mail native app you should go to settings > account and activate calendar sync, this should work if you have the account configured as an exchange account.
How do you have the account configured in your pc?
