    Hi  DislinRestaurant

My name is Daniel. I will be more than happy to assist you.

As a fellow MS Community forum user, I understand you need assistance to be able to receive email again.

Please go to Outlook webmail to investigate this issue furthermore. Please visit one of the following links below depending on what kind of Microsoft account license you have.

Once you have logged into Outlook webmail, first of all, try to search for these emails using the Search feature in Outlook. Please refer to this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sear...

However, If you are still unable to find them then please select the gear icon on the top menu to access Outlook webmail's settings > select view all Outlook settings then please check a few things below.

    • Check the storage whether it meets the maximum limit, if yes please delete some.  Select general tab > Storage.
    • Check if you have rules, if yes then for troubleshooting purposes please remove them.  Select mail tab > Rules
    • Check if you have rules, please delete items in the sweep folder (if any). Select mail tab > Sweep
    • Check if there's a forwarding rule, if yes try to disable it: Select mail tab > forwarding
    • Please make sure the contact is not listed in the blocked sender list and please add the sender's address to the safe sender list. Select mail tab > Junk mail

However, if the problems still persist, for further investigations you can also reach out to Outlook support on your own by following these steps below:

    • Please go to https://outlook.live.com/
    • Click the question mark (?) on the top right-hand side.
    • Type in the message in the box then press enter.
    • Scroll down to the section "Still Need Help?" then click the yes button.
    • Please type in the issue in the box then press send.
