Organizing and accessing contact information in Outlook.com

I'd like to ask, have you tried accessing your email using a different browser? If the same issue occurs, try accessing it through private browsing.
If the same issue occurs on a different browser, I suggest that you get in touch with our In-App Support to get further assistance on addressing this matter. Doing so, they'll be able to check if this is an account related issue. To reach them, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Outlook.com account.
- Click the ? icon at the top right corner.
- Type in your query in the box and select the Get help button.
- Go to Still need help option below and click on Yes.
- Confirm the email address where you want to receive an update from our In-App Support and then click Send.
Or else, you may directly email them via this link.
Note: The waiting time will possibly change depending on their volume.
