We've already issued a rerun and get the same error. Any help would be appreciated.

This error is typically due to a Networking issue, which is strange considering the Networking is virtual.

Have you ever installed the ASDK on this machine before? This error has occurred in the past when the Network Adapter used did not support Hyper-V.

If your Network Adapter will work for Hyper-V, try reinstalling the ASDK.
