Cannot start Outlook error

On Sunday I was using Outlook and on Monday morning I received this error message about not finding a file for running. What causes this and how do I fix it?

    As a start

    Restart the PC, once fully loaded, repair Office,> Apps & Features>Select Office your version>Modify /Repair, once the repair completes re-test
