Whenever I receive a calendar invite, its format is messed up. I have tried upgrading my outlook version but it won't get fixed. This issue is also there when I receive meeting invites. Any fix for this?

This issue occurs every time I receive a calendar invite ( it is not restricted to particular sender). I have tried repairing and updating my Outlook Application but the problem would not resolve.

    Hi Mohil Shah,

Thanks for reaching out in the Community. Let's try to sort your concern regarding the formatting issues when receiving a meeting invite in Outlook.

I'd like to know, does the issue occur only on a specific sender? Does the same thing happens when you send an meeting invite? This would help us isolate the issue.

Are you using the Outlook desktop app or Outlook.com (web browser)? If you're using the Outlook desktop app, kindly make sure that all Office updates are installed. To check, see this link for instruction on how to install updates. I would suggest that you start Outlook in safe mode, and see if there are add-ins that might be causing this.

If the issue also occurs in safe mode, try repairing Outlook. If the issue still persists after repairing Outlook, I highly recommend that you reinstall Office. There's a possibility that there are corrupted system files that's hindering Outlook to work properly.

If you're using Outlook.com, I'd like to ask, have you tried accessing your email using a different browser? If the same issue occurs, try accessing it through private browsing.

If the same issue occurs on a different browser, I suggest that you get in touch with our In-App Support to get further assistance on addressing this matter. Doing so, they'll be able to check if this is an account related issue. To reach them, please follow the steps below:

    1. Log in to your Outlook.com account.
    2. Click the ? icon at the top right corner.
    3. Type in your query in the box and select the Get help button.
    4. Go to Still need help option below and click on Yes.
    5. Confirm the email address where you want to receive an update from our In-App Support and then click Send.

Or else, you may directly email them via this link

Note: The waiting time will possibly change depending on their volume.

Should you have any other concern, don't hesitate to post back in the Community.

    Thanks.
