Why Clean up Conversation does not work when the emails in the conversation thread are stamped with custom properties?

Question

Clean Up Conversation works fine when the emails are not stamped with custom properties but it does clean the emails when emails are stamped with custom Properties.

How do I solve this.

I am using office 635 outlook 2016 .

Unchecking all the option under Conversation Clean Up does not help.

You may uncheck all the option under Conversation Clean Up to see if there any improvement.

For your reference: Use Conversation Clean Up to delete redundant messages

Moreover, please provide us with detailed information screenshot about the what type of custom properties and how did stamped also Office Product Information page via the Private Message so that we can check to further assist you.
