Cannot change outlook language

My outlook mail web interface changed suddenly to English, while everything else from Office (including the Outlook app) is still in Spanish. If I try to change the language settings on Outlook web, the only options shown are English for many different regions, and no other languages. How can I change it back to Spanish?

This is a known issue, many Outlook users experience the same thing lately. Rest assured Microsoft has been aware of this issue and hopefully they can fix this issue soon.
