Your method of copying contents has resulted in a Corrupt Outlook Profile

You need to create a new OL Profile and add your mail accounts

    Hi,

Additionally, before configuring new profile, you could try to repair your Outlook client - Control panel> Programs and features> select Office 365> Change> Repair> Quick repair.

If the issue persists, in order to create a new Outlook profile, go to Control panel> Mail> Show profiles> Add profile. Please make the new profile default one.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Nemanja
