Customize Toolbar to add "Archive" function.

I am running Office 365 with Outlook for Mac 16.57. Everything I see online says I should be able to customize my toolbar to add "Archive". However, there is no "Show More" button in the toolbar to access the tool. What am I mising?

    • At once, may I please re-confirm whether you are using old Outlook or new Outlook for Mac version?

    If you are using new Outlook version, please turn back to old Outlook (i.e. classic) for Mac version and see if it gives any different result scenario.

    • To understand particular situation, could you please provide us detailed screenshot page for further analysis?

    Available with an Exchange mail account the In-place Archive Btn
