cannot access email account

I get the following message when I try to access Microsoft Outlook " we couldnt access this account. You might need to update your passowrd or give the account permission to sync to this device. "

I cannot access the email account from my mobile as well.

Please asssist.

    If you dont have access to your account you can try to reset the password.

    Here's the link on how you can reset your password

    Once done resetting your password try to sign in in the App again.
