I own two Microsoft accounts, A and B, each one with an alias. Now I'd like to transfer one alias from account B to account A before definitively closing account B.
Is it possible?

You can refer to this link on how to make the email address as primary if you want to delete the other account.
Just to set you an expectation , once you delete an account as a Microsoft account you cannot get it back.
