When printing emails in table format, it always included the first line of eah email. This is still the case for my inbox, but when printing the sent folder, the first line is not included

Here, the printout displays as expected (for the purpose of this illustration, I have printed to PDF):

My test was done using Outlook 2021, version 2111 (running under Windows 11).

    Hi ExemptGlobe2599,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft community.

Based on your description, I'd like to first confirm with you if you're talking about the Print feature in the Outlook desktop client

If this is your concern, according to Print a page or part of an email message (microsoft.com), you may click Preview to see how your message will look before printing out.

And if it doesn't meet your requirement, you may open the message and go to Message (tab) > Actions (in the Move group) > View in Browser to choose the section that you want to print.

If you're talking about Print in the Mail app for Windows or other apps, please kindly post a new thread under the Windows category. Thank you for your understanding!

Hope it helps! If any update, welcome to share with us.

    Thanks & Stay safe,

    Qian
