Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

As a routine check, please confirm that when using outlook on the web you face the same situation.

Another routine check is to use your email address in a new outlook profile to see if it makes a difference.
Create an Outlook profile (microsoft.com)
Assuming that the issue persists, please tell me if the issue happens when creating a new email or as bounce back when sending emails?
Adding to that, please do share with me you email address in a Private Message and please precise if it is a personal account or a work account. The reason is that it will help see which troubleshooting steps to follow and which support will be better suited to assist.
