Just what the topic says.  How do I do this?  I only want to undo one action at a time.

    Steven,

    Thank you for your reply.

The UNDO feature will undo both changes at once.  I only want to undo one change.

    Hello Person Asking Question,

    Thanks for your post here.

In general, when a number list or a link are automatically formatted, we can press Ctrl + Z to undo the change. Besides, you can also click the AutoCorrect button next to the word or something you typed and click Undo....

If you'd like to change automatic formatting settings, you can click Outlookat the top of Mac and select Preferences > AutoCorrect > AutoFormat to change the settings.

Hope this can help you. If this doesn't answer your question, please feel free to let me know.

    Regards,

    Seven
