If your subscription is still active (no issues around billing & quota ) and you didn't stop it deliberately, then it was probably done by Azure Security team for a security-related flag. There should have been an email sent but if you didn't get one, we can look into that as well. Please open a support ticket and inquire the team for mitigation.
If your subscription doesn't carry a support plan, you can send us an email at
azcommunity at microsoft dotcom and we'll enable one-time free support for your subscription for resolving this issue -- if you'd like to proceed with this option, be sure to include your subscription ID as well as function app name, and the subject line of your email to read: "attn:murnun".
