I sent some emails from my phone to myself so that they would be on my computer, they did not send, instead they sent to some long list of letters and numbers followed by shadow @ outlook. What is that? Is this phishing? Where did they go?

    Hi YFABC,

Welcome to Microsoft Community, and thank you for reaching out!

Glad to help you with your email account concern. Based on your description, you are getting a long list of letters and numbers followed by ******@outlook.com whenever you sent an email to yourself. Could you confirm this?

If so, let's work together to check what this message is and find your emails you've sent to yourself where they went.

    1. What platform/application are you using to access your account on both devices? Is it via mail client like Outlook app or through a browser?
    2. You mentioned that you sent some emails to yourself from your phone for you to have a copy of them on your computer. Were you able to get the same message on your phone when you send it from your computer?
    3. Could you please provide us a screenshot of the exact long list of letters and numbers, including the specific email address where the message is being sent to? Here's the link for the instructions on how to include screenshots in your post or reply. Note: Please remove any of your confidential information that might be included in the screenshot.

Meanwhile, we encourage you to review all scenarios and suggestions provided in each article below. It provides all possible solutions where you can find your emails on your account and fixes if in case you are unable to send and receive it.
