Is it possible to sync Azure AD user and groups to On premise AD?
If it is not possible please provide me valid reference for more details.
Not possible.
There is however writeback capabilities for Office 365 groups:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/how-to-connect-group-writeback
and attributes /passwords depending on what options are configured:
