Sort it out Microsoft!!!

My email has been locked out I haven’t changed my password and I have tried to recover the account but it keeps failing I have very important emails I need to access and I can’t get through to anyone or the information I need to resolve this! Microsoft this is a joke!!!! very angry right now needs to be resolved

    Even we have same issues but no help
