All I can tell you is that ******@kultgenlaw.net is an alias for my Outlook.com Premium account. ******@outlook.com. I opened it when I purchased the premium app.
Can I ask where did you purchase the domain or who is the domain registrar?
You usually get the EPP code from the domain registrar for domain transfer.
Hopefully this works
