Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi Amir A-A,
Thank you for choosing Microsoft community.
Regarding your concern, I first test from my side. Go to the Outlook Calendar page, select the calendar to be shared under My Calendars. Click Calendar Permissions in the ribbon. In the prompted window, check the Permission Level for people you want to invite to share your calendar with. If you want the people to be able to edit, add and delete, make sure their permission level to be Editor. Once completed, click OK to save the modification.
Based on my test result, people with the permission level of Editor can create new events, edit old events and delete events.
Due to the various Outlook versions and update channels (FYI, here in my test, the Outlook version is 2108, with Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel (Preview)), the Outlook menu may vary. If you don't see the Permission Level exactly as shown below, make sure you select the option of Can edi t.
Hope it helps! If any update, welcome to share with us.

Thanks & Stay safe,
