    Hi Rami

    Thanks for the response

In your Outlook, please navigate to File>options > Trust center, then click on trust center settings, then under automatic download, please confirm if the don't download pictures automatically in standard HTML email or RSS items is checked and also the don't download pictures in encrypted or signed HTML email messages.

Uncheck those two options, then check to see if the images still don't show.

Lastly you may also try to run a repair on your Outlook, since the image shows when using Outlook on the web app. You may refer to Repair an Office application (microsoft.com)

    Kind Regards,

    Momo

    Hi Rami

    Greetings

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

You mentioned that the image is sent in html format, please confirm if your format is set to html, in your Outlook navigate to file>options> mail> and under compose message set the format to html, also under message format make sure the 'when sending messages in Rich text format to Internet recipients' is set to Convert to HTML format.

If your format is set to HTML as suggested above then please try to open Outlook when in safemode and check to see if the image will not show, this will help determine if this is being caused by an add-in. Please refer to Open Outlook in safe mode (microsoft.com)

Please feel free to let me know how it goes.

    Kind Regards,

    Momo
