Authenticator App Receive Push Notifications from Multiple Accounts

I have a Hotmail.com account that I had setup and configured the MS Authenticator App with and when logging into that account on my PC or online I get push notifications on the Authenticator App (i.e. select this number...). I also have an Outlook.com that is connected to the same Authenticator App but when I log into my PC associated with that account or online I do not get the option for push notifications and have to enter the 'one-time password code.' I would like to have that option for both accounts as I'm trying to switch my Outlook account to my primary account and retire the Hotmail account.

Is it possible to connect the Authenticator App to accept push notifications from multiple MS Accounts? When I log into the Security settings on the Outlook.com account I don't see an option to be able to enable that option, as with my Hotmail.com account there is an option enabled 'Send sign-in notification,'

To switch your account over to notifications, you'll need to re-register your device. Go to Add account > Personal Microsoft account.
