login authentication issues

i'm unable to login into my unilever account to access DTL because my mobile authentication number is in no service so unable to get the OTP for login

and also don't remember security questions also so please help me or let know how can i login

    We’re glad that you reached out to the community for support on this issue of yours.  I’ve already responded to your query as detailed in my previous post above.  However, I have not heard a reply from you confirming if my suggestions have been helpful or not.

    I personally understand that finding time to work on this matter can be a little difficult to manage.  So please accept my sincerest gratitude for even entertaining this follow-up post of mine.

    First and foremost, thanks for reaching out to our Microsoft Community Forum and please accept our warmest regards and sincerest hope that all is well.

    If I'm understanding your description above correctly, you're having trouble trying to access your work e-mail account (Unilever) due to not having the necessary security details that would give you access to the account.  

    If so, I will need to ask additional questions to get to the root cause of this concern of yours. So to starts things off: 

    1. Are you using a web browser or the Outlook app to access your Unilever e-mail account?
    2. If you're using a web browser, what website are you going to in order to type in the username and password of your Unilever e-mail account?
    3. Are you getting any specific error messages when accessing your Unilever e-mail account using a web browser?
    4. Also, if this is indeed a work e-mail account, have you contacted your company's I.T. department about this issue and what did they have to say about it?
