Teams - JavaScript error when user is off domain

Hi all,

We have a few staff members that get this error when using Teams off the domain; it's fine when they connect back on to the domain.

The domain redirects the Downloads folder to a network share for the user so I suspect this is the cause of the error.

How do I correct this so Teams will function both on and off domain?

    @Paul Windle ,

    As I know, this is a known issue. PG is working on this issue. If there is any update, I will share with you here as soon as possible.
