PearsonVue Exam Aborted

Hello,

I just took Azure Data Fundamentals exam with 49 questions in 60 minutes. When I at question number 40 (or I'm not quite sure if 40 or 41) my laptop automatically powered off due to battery drainage (we suddenly experienced brownout/power outage during that time in our place so I can't connect to an electricity).

I tried to transfer to a location where I can connect to a power and continue my exam. Suddenly it took almost an hour before I got connected to Pearson Vue examination. I successfully managed to chat my situation with them before my laptop turned off. And when I got connected, I ask them if I could take the remaining questions I haven't seen and answered yet, but I got no answer maybe because my time is about to finish.

When I saw the result, I am failed (680). Is there a possibility that I can continue to answer the remaining questions I haven't seen and answered yet so that I can see if I actually get failed or passed the exam?

    Did any of the suggested methods above help assist to rectify your problem?
    If so, please let me know which as I also have exam query and am frustrated by the total failure of the bot and AI systems they have in place and total lack of human contact and response from PearsonVUE.

    I finally had a reply from them and their chat feature https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact is working again.
