Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.CannotResolveTenantNameException

I created a new outlook email address and after going through the registration process, I'm unable to login to the mailbox.  I am getting the following message:

    Hi lgartwork,

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.  How long ago did you create it? It can take up to 2 hours for the mailbox to be provisioned. (It's usually much faster though.)

    If you still can't log in, try logging in using a private browser window.

    To open a private browser window, right-click on the browser icon on the taskbar and choose the option for a new private or incognito window.
