HI! I would like to know if there is someone who can assist me with my problem.

Before migrating to Microsoft office 360 our office was using googlel. In one of my trainings, I used microsoft forms to create an evaluation form, pre and post test using my then office email address under google because our participants cannot access google forms. I was able to create the documents using microsoft office successfully and we were able to use it properly during that time but I wasn't able to download the results yet.  After less than a month the office decided to migrate to microsoft office. Now, I couldn't find the microsoft forms I created last March 2021. I already asked our IT department but they can't also find it.
I haven't shared the files to anyone as well during that time so we can't check what email i used in case I didnt use my company email.

These are the links for the survey that we distributed to the participants.

Pre-test: *****/HappinessJourneyPretestForm
Expectation Survey: *****/HappinessJourneyExpectationSurveyForm
Post-test: *****/HappinessJourneyPosttestForm
Evaluation Form: *****/HappinessJourneyEvaluationForm

    Hi ULF Mitch,

    Thanks for posting back.

According to the screenshot, the error message may because your organization admin blocks the External sharing settings of Microsoft Forms. Please contact your admin to access Microsoft 365 admin center> Settings> Org settings> under Services, click Microsoft Forms and check the settings. Please turn on these settings. After that, access the form link and check again.

For more details, please view this reference: Administrator settings for Microsoft Forms

If you still can’t access the Edit view of these forms, the issue may be caused by the tenant migration. I would like to suggest you contact your admin to create a support ticket in the Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel to help you investigate more and find what exactly reason has caused this issue.

    Appreciate your understanding and patient.

    Regards,

    George

    Hi ULF Mitch,

Thanks for posting in the community.

According to your description, my understanding is after migrating your organization to Microsoft Office, you can’t find your forms. If so, I assume your forms are created by the work or school account (business), not the personal account (Microsoft account), you can try to edit the URL part to access the Edit view of the form (only the form owner can access).

    1. Please access your form and edit the URL part.
    2. For example

    Original URL:

    https://forms.office.com/Pages/**ResponsePage.aspx?id=**XXXXXXX

    Edit view URL:

    https://forms.office.com/Pages/**DesignPage.aspx?lang=en-US&origin=OfficeDotCom&route=Start#FormId=**XXXX

    1. After that, you need to sign in your account to check.

If you have any updates, please feel free and come back to share with us.

    Regards,

    George
